Karl Webster
Founder & Family Law Attorney
Karl brings a unique blend of legal and business experience to his family law practice. Before becoming an attorney, he built a successful career in financial planning, advising clients on retirement and insurance strategies for more than a decade. He later excelled in real estate appraisal and mortgage brokerage, developing a strong understanding of asset valuation and complex financial structures. This background allows Karl to approach property division and financial disputes with a practical, informed perspective while remaining attentive to the emotional aspects of family transitions.
A native Arizonan, Karl earned a mechanical engineering degree from Arizona State University before pursuing his legal education at Arizona Summit Law School in Phoenix. He attended law school on a full-tuition scholarship, graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor, and received a CALI award for earning the top grade in his family law course. Since entering practice, Karl has devoted his career exclusively to family law, applying both legal precision and real-world business insight to every case.
Outside the office, Karl enjoys reading, writing, playing the piano, woodworking, camping, and hiking. He has been married for more than 34 years, is the father of four married children, and a grandfather to fifteen — experiences that shape his deep appreciation for family and the long-term impact of family law decisions
